    Quick service and friendly staff. Only comment I have is the arrows on the service entrance could use repainting I initially couldn't tell which side was the entrance.

    I’ve been a VW guy since the late 90s and have owned nothing but them since then. Between here and Europe, I’m on my 11th VW. I’ve been to numerous dealerships for service in my lifetime to include this one. Since the last few years I stopped coming, this place has changed tremendously and I couldn’t be happier. Cate is a master of her craft, Bryce knows what he’s doing and Taylor is the aeeetest and nicest person I’ve met. Not to say the others aren’t but everyone stands out a little different and I couldn’t describe everyone the same. If I did, you’d think I’m an Ai bot or something. This is my first time in years coming back and, although it seems weird to say this, I’m looking forward to my next visit and the one after that. Not hoping my new car breaks down but just for service and to see their beautiful smiles and expert care. Something changed, I don’t know what it is (maybe new ownership) but the team in service, parts and sales have made my experiences truly the best.
