    Only had one tech and my appt was at 10:30 and didn't leave til after 2:00. Get home and my husband found that the plastic cover over the battery connectors were missing. Found one loose under the hood but no sign of the 2nd one.

    Quick and friendly! It's very nice that they remember me and that I'm usually trying to fit in oil changes during my work schedule, so they do their best for it to be handled quickly.
