We brought our car in for maintenance. We had such a great experience from start to finish. The scheduling was easy and professional. When we brought our car in we were met by a young technician named Joshua, who introduced himself and told how the process works. He was outstanding, and very professional. He kept us apprised through the whole process. All I can say is we will continue to use Volkswagen of Warner Robins, GA, for all our vehicle needs. Top notch customer service and outstanding experience!
