When I first walked in I was greeted with smiles and fast service. Then my son has autism and while we were waiting a sales person came and interacted with my son and provided activities for him to do while we waited.

My supervisor was demanding to know the time I would be at the dealership. I showed the email to a service advisor. Turns out the dealership has set everything needed for the repair to be completed before I return. That way, all I have to do is wait for the new door handle to be installed and head back to work.
