Would have given 5 stars except for one reason. We told our salesman Morris Dunbar about us being a Gold Star Family. We lost our son Shane Hernacki 3 years ago. Shane served 3 tours in Iraq and was a Specialist in the Army. When he came home he suffered severely with PTSD. After many years he lost his battle and died on February 28, 2022. We were told that we could use the $500.00 that Volkswagen offered to Military families. After the deal was closed we were informed about a week later that we were rejected and resigned paperwork. We were very disappointed and didn't think that was right. Our son gave all.

Highly disappointed with the service. When I got home I checked the oil level which was not full. This is the second incident of the oil level not being full. Also I asked the question; Is the old oil removed by being tucked out or removed via the plug? Not answered.
