This entry trim for the Tiguan offers 4Motion all-wheel drive and has been updated with 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels. You also get LED headlights and LED taillights, silver anodized roof rails, and KESSY keyless entry. The manual seats have been newly designed and the gear selector has been relocated to the steering column, which allows more room for the larger center console. The infotainment system is also new with a 12.9-inch display and seven-speaker audio system. Under-floor storage gives you more room for items while 12-volt outlets are located in the front and cargo area. You also get four new airbags for added safety with IQ.DRIVE standard.
The SE trim includes everything on the SE and more. This model has 19-inch alloy wheels that have been newly designed. It also includes a power tailgate, remote start, and heated wiper park. The Driving Experience Dial has a new Atmospheres feature, which synchronizes ambient lighting with the audio to create the desired mood. You can choose from five presets or customize your own. LED front footwell lighting is part of the SE along with exit lighting in the front doors. Perforated leatherette seats and an eight-way power driver seat are standard with two-way power lumbar.
This unique trim features 20-inch R-line black alloy wheels, back headliner, R-Line bumpers with black accents, black roof rails and side mirror caps, R-Line badges, and a perforated sport touch steering wheel. The panoramic sunroof is standard with brushed stainless steel pedals and scuff plates that feature the R-Line logo, and head-up display.
This top trim includes 20-inch R-Line silver alloy whels that are new, silver roof rails, LED headlights and taillights, R-line bumpers and side sills, and a front grille bar that’s lit and has a VW logo. The red rear logo is also lit and the mirror puddle lights include the VW logo. The display inside the SEL R-Line has been upgraded to a 15-inch version. You also get a Harman Kardon premium audio system with 12 speakers, 3-Zone Climatronic Touch, and Discover Media navigation. Both front seats have eight-way power settings with four-way lumbar and memory for up to three positions. A heated steering wheel, heated rear seats, and Park Assist Plus come standard on this trim.
