New Volkswagen Sedan Models
Several options exist if you're ready to get a new Volkswagen sedan this year.
The New Volkswagen Jetta
The Volkswagen Jetta is considered a compact sedan, the smallest of your three options. Despite its categorization, it still delivers room for passengers and space in the trunk. The interior has a push-button moonroof and a modern cockpit design for the driver. It's comfortable seating for four with a maximum of five (the middle seat in the back counts if you need room for one more), so it's a good family car.
The New Volkswagen Jetta GLI

The designation GLI signifies that the 2.0-liter TSI engine is responsible for this enormous jump in power. Other than that, Dublin shoppers should expect the same compact car with many of the same features as last year's Volkswagen Jetta. The Volkswagen Jetta GLI also has a 40th-anniversary limited edition trim level.
The New Volkswagen Arteon
The Volkswagen Arteon is a full-sized sedan with luxury features. With a fully digital cockpit pro dash, you almost feel like you're driving an aircraft, not a car. There's so much room inside the vehicle and the trunk that it could easily take an entire nuclear family on a road trip and still come back with room to spare after the souvenirs have been stored inside. The automaker is rumored to discontinue the Volkswagen Arteon after 2024, so if Centerville shoppers want one, they should buy one this year, or they'll be limited to used models.
The New Volkswagen Golf R
The Volkswagen Golf is marketed as a "compact" car, though some may feel its small size qualifies it as a sub-compact, especially when compared with the Volkswagen Jetta. This year's new Volkswagen Golf models come standard with many features that were once considered too luxurious for the base Golf model. This year's model is called the Golf R to separate it from its predecessors.
The New Volkswagen Golf GTI
Take the power from the Volkswagen Jetta GLI and combine it with the body styling and features of the Volkswagen Golf R, and you have the Volkswagen Golf GTI. Some might consider the Volkswagen Golf model more like a wagon than a sedan, but its small size, four doors, and passenger seating qualify it as a sedan.
The New Volkswagen ID.7
